Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Include proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number
  4. Package the item securely and ship it back to us

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items that have been used or opened (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned after 30 days
